Musical echoes

In an attempt to improve choral music, the Union’s Board of Directors decided in 2005 to create a Choral Festival in the centre of Athens, primarily aiming to provide the choral music lovers of Athens with enjoyable performances from famous Choirs both Greek and foreign.

The Festival named “Musical Echoes” takes place every February, in theatres across the center of Athens ( the “Acropol” 2005, the “Opera House of Athens” 2006 and 2007, and the “Parnassos” 2008). It is organized by our Union under the aegis of the Greek Choirs Organization and the Artistic management of our Maestro, Stavros Beris.
